N.Moiseenko is one of the leading teachers, Associate Professor of the Singing Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music. After graduation from Belarus State Conservatory he worked as the Head of the Vocal Department of Gomel Music-Pedagogic School. Since 1974 – soloist of Sverdlovsk Opera. In 1981 he was invited to the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus. Many times toured abroad: Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Brazil. He participated in musical festivals in Ufa, Kazan, Astrakhan, Moscow. In 2012 took part in baptismal week at Classical music festival “New opera” in Moscow; in XII international vocal art festival named after V.Barsova and M.Maksakova in Astrakhan. For the working time in theatre N.Moiseenko performed more than 30 leading opera parts. Has an honorary title Honored Artist of Russia (1979), in 2009 was awarded F.Skoryna medal, Certificate from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.

For the years of work N.Moiseenko brought up significant amount of young talented vocalists. Among his students there are 6 laureates and diploma holders of international vocal competitions, artists of concert formations and teachers of educational institutions in China and Belarus.

Richest musical, performing and life experience of N.Moiseenko is prominently expressed in pedagogy. In his class there are Belarusian as well as foreign students. He also successfully works with foreign listeners of the Preparatory Department, Graduate Students, supervises MA theses.

Students of his class participate in all the creative events of the Academy of Music: concerts, competitions, master-classes.

N.Moiseenko methodologically helps teachers of secondary special educational institutions and musical schools of the republic. His pedagogic experience is expressed in creative, educational-methodological and scientific works, that were included in educational process of the Academy of Music, used by teachers and students of higher and secondary educational institutions.
