She was born on May 28, 1967 in Minsk.

Since 2013, she has been a teacher at the Department of Opera Training and Choreography.
She is a Member of the Union of Theater Workers (2000), Laureate of the National Theater Award (in the field of choreography, 2011).

She is the author of choreography of the ballets: “Macbeth” (Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, 2000), “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” (Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, 2002), “Flower Ball” (Belarusian Choreographic Gymnasium-College, 2007; Belarusian State Academic Music Theatre, 2008), “Dascipnae kahanne” (National Academic Theater named after Y. Kupala, 2011), “Farewell with Motherland. Polonaise” (Belarusian State Academy of Music, 2015). She directed dances in the operas “Khovanshchina” (Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, 2002), “Carmen” (Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus, 2005); as well as choreographic modern miniatures of the ballet competition: Varna (Bulgaria, 2006) for E. Oleynik (2nd Prize), Beijing (China) for M. Paramonova (3rd Prize).

Author of choreography for more than a dozen performances in musical and drama theaters in Minsk.

Among her students (more than 50 graduates, discipline “Composition and Dance Production) there are artists and soloists of Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus and Belarusian State Academic Music Theatre:

– Laureate of the State Prize and international competitions, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus V. Zakharov;

– Laureate of the State Prize, Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus V. Dolgikh;

– Diploma Winner of the International Competition V. Krasnoglazov;

On February 14-15, 2018, Natalya Nikolaevna took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Belarusian Ballet in the World Cultural Space”, prepared the article “Ursula Radziwill Theatre: Experience of Stage Restoration” (Vestsi Belarusian Academy of Music No. 36, 2020). She was the choreographer and director of the congratulation concert “Teacher and Students”, dedicated to the 70th Anniversary of People’s Artist of the USSR, Professor V. Elizariev (11/04/2017). In 2019, Natalya is the author of the script and choreographer-director of the theatrical concert “Malayunichy gascinets – paetichny nastroi”, dedicated to the 200th Anniversary of Stanislav Monyushko.

In 2019 N.Furman completed training in an additional educational internship program at the St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov at the Vocal and Directing Faculty of the Ballet Directing Department.
