She was born on November 21, 1980.

Position – teacher of the higher pedagogic category of domra class. Among her student there are laureates of International, Republican Competitions, scholarship holders of the Special Fund of the President for the support of talented youth. Since 2006 – the head of the String-Folk Department of Minsk Children School of Arts. From 2009 till 2012 was a conductor of Minsk mandolin-guitar orchestra.

Since 2015 – creative leader and conductor of orchestra of the Russian folk instruments “Zarenitsa”. From 2016 till 2019 orchestra became laureate of various international competitions. Since 2017 she became the head of city methodological section of the specialty “domra, balalaika”. Within the frame of work of the section she closely cooperates with Belarusian composers, lead performers and teachers from Belarus, Russia, Germany, France.

Since 2019 she became the leader of the Orchestra of Russian Folk Instruments of Belarusian State Academy of Music. The Orchestra became winner in competitions: XI International competition-festival “Winter stars of Dresden 2021” – 1st degree laureate and golden medal owner (January 30-31, 2021), International competition “People play music” – 1st degree laureate (from April 26 till May 30, 2021), XIII International competition of performing mastery “St.Petersburg assembles of arts 2021” – 1st degree laureate (December 4-5, 2021).

In 2020 E.Takhirova developed educational-methodological complex at the educational course “Orchestra class”. For the speciality 1-16 01 08 Plucked-String Percussion Folk Instruments, 1-16 01 09 01 Conducting of Folk Instruments Orchestra.

She is the author of conducting and educational programmes.
