The exchange fund is an auxiliary part of the library fund, intended for exchange and redistribution to other libraries. Document exchange is carried out on the basis of written agreements between organizations on an ongoing basis by concluding an agreement or upon a one-time request (letter) to the rector of the academy. The transfer of documents is drawn up by acts in two copies with the attachment of lists of documents to be transferred. After the drawing up of the acts, the documents are transferred free of charge.
