Conditions for organizing an event with the media lab participation
- Application should be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the event and agreed upon with the staff of the Media Laboratory in advance.
- The application should indicate the technical requirements for the Media Laboratory staff.
- The application should be approved by the first vice-rector and the head of the Media Laboratory.
- A “Permission to Record” form must be completed beforehand .if video/audio recording is required during the event.
- During events, it is mandatory to provide the Media Lab employee with a draft script of the event.
