She was born on May 28, 1964 in Magilnoe, Minsk region, diploma holder of republican competition named after L.Aleksandrova, laureate of international competition “God Almighty” (Mogilev), was awarded 3rd prize from the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for social support of talented youth and students, Certificate of Honor from Belarusian State Academy of Music, Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, Gratitude from the President for fruitful pedagogic activity.

Graduated from Minsk Musical College named after M.Glinka, Minsk State Pedagogic Institution named after M.Gorky (1987), Belarusian State Academy of Music (1993) speciality “Singing”.

T.Tsybulskaya is the Head of the Singing Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music since September 1, 2014. She became her career in 1987 as a choir artist of State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus, since 1993 worked as an artist-vocalist in Philharmonic Society for children and youth in Belarusian State Order of the Red Banner of Labor Philharmonic Society. In 2000 she was invited as a choir soloist to Academic Ensemble of Song and Dance of Military Forces of the Republic of Belarus. Toured with concert programmes in Belarus and abroad (Spain, Portugal, Germany, Poland, China). Collaborated with National theatric-concert union “Belarusian chapel”, soloist ensemble of Belarusian State Philharmonic Society “Classic-avant-garde”. She prepared and performed solo concerts in the scene of Belarusian State Philharmonic Society: thematic concert “In Bel canto style” and concerts-monographs “In the land of S.Moniushka”, “Romances of P.Tchaikovsky” (2007, 2008, 2011), participated with solo programmes of soloist ensemble “Classic-avant-garde”.(2006-2009); took part in XXI international musical festival named after I.Sollertinsky (Vitebsk, 2009); has solo recordings for CD “Light sky of S.Moniushka” (2009); as well as fund recordings of Belarusian radio. T.Tsybulskaya showed herself as highly professional musician with big repertoire including compositions of different musical-stylistic epochs. Since 1997 T.Tsybulskaya managed to balance creative activity with teaching at the Singing Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music. Since 2002 worked as a piano accompanist of higher category at the Piano Accompanist Mastery Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music. From 2003 till 2005 worked in Zhengzhou University (China) as a teacher of solo singing. In 2011 joined the Singing Department as a main job. Richest musical, performing and life experience of T.Tsybulskaya is prominently expressed in pedagogy. Having a giant repertoire (opera and chamber-vocal), professionalism, performing mastery, many years of collaboration with talented partners provided her with high educational level and creative approach to pedagogy. Students of her class take active part in all the creative events of the Academy of Music: concerts, competitions, master-classes.

Among her graduates there are laureates and diploma holders of international and republican competitions, artists of concert formations and teachers of educational institutions in China and Belarus. To the 20th anniversary of creative and pedagogic activity with piano accompanist T.Reutskaya was arranged and held concert of class’ students “Masterpieces of vocal music” in Belarusian State Philharmonic Society on May 24, 2022. She regularly read lectures at the Faculty of Professional Development and Staff Retraining, methodologically helps secondary special educational institutions, participates in international conferences in Belarus and abroad. T.Tsybulskaya holds active social activity, from 2015 till 2017 was a member of Republican council of musical art; jury member of performing competitions: “Young talents” (April 2008), open competition named after S.Moniushko (2015, 1016), international competition-festival “Free fly” (2016), tour of competition “Talent of the country” (2016, 2017, 2018), Republican open vocal competition named after S.Moniushko (2017, 2020), XV Youth Delphic Games of the CIS countries (2021),member of expert-art commission of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.

Among her students there are laureates of republican and international competitions: K.Matsuk, So Lingling, M.Shabunia, E.Krokhina, S.Hassun, N.Mitsevich, V.Bartkevich, I.Skvarko.
