Born on July 11, 1964 in Minsk (Belarus).

She began her creative activities in 1987 as a piano accompanist at the Singing Department of the Belarusian State Conservatory. Since 1997 – teacher, since 2013 – Associate Professor of the Piano Department. She conducts classes at the Professional Development and Staff Retraining Faculty of the Belarusian State Academy of Music.

Member of the Belarusian Union of Theater Workers (2019)

Since 1997, she has trained more than 100 professionals who successfully work in various education institutions, concert organizations in Belarus and abroad. Some graduates work as piano accompanists in music schools.

I.Telepneva pays special attention to the promotion of national music – classical and modern. The examination and concert programs include works by J.D.Goland, M.K.Oginsky, S.Moniuszko, A.V.Bogatyrev, L.M.Abelovich, E.M.Tyrmand, P.P.Podkovyrov, D.B.Smolsky, I.M.Luchenok, G.Gorelova, D.Dolgalev and D.Lybin, as well as works by young Belarusian composers.

She combines her teaching work at the BSAM Piano Department with work at the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of the Republic of Belarus as a piano accompanist.

As part of various ensembles she toured in Belarus, Russia, Germany, Holland, Belgium, China, Taiwan, Italy, Russia.

She constantly provides methodological assistance to teachers of secondary specialized education institutions and music schools of the Republic.

Among her students are laureates and diploma winners of International and Republican competitions in Moscow, Yekaterinburg, and Minsk.
