Since 1992 became teacher of Choir Conducting Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music, senior teacher (2002), Associate Professor (2007), Professor (2020). She is a member of Scientific Union of Belarusian State Academy of Music (2015). Member of Belarusian Union of Musical Workers. Member of redaction Union of the Academy of Music. Member of scientific-methodological council of music art of Belarusian State Academy of Music.
She was the member of organizational committee and jury member of Choir conductors competition among the students of Secondary Special Educational Institutions of the Republic of Belarus (November 26-27, 2015) and 3rd open competition of choir conductors named after V.Rovdo. Participated in organization and work of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th student scientific-practical conferences: “Choir art: yesterday, today, tomorrow”, commemorated to 100th anniversary of N.Maslov and 90th anniversary of A.Zelenkova (2013), “Choir art of the beginning of XXI century: state and perspectives” (2015), “Belarusian choir art of the beginning of XXI century” (to 95th anniversary of A.Zelenkova) (2018), “Choir art of XX – the beginning of XXI century: heritage, tendencies, perspectives” (2019, Minsk, Belarusian State Academy of Music), as well as International scientific practical conference to 100th anniversary of People’s Artist of USSR, Professor V.Rovdo (November 22-23, 2021, Belarusian State Academy of Music).
Since 2000 cooperates with the Faculty of Professional Development of Belarusian State Academy of Music and Institution of Professional Development and Staff Training of Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, holds lecture courses, gives open master-classes with students of Belarusian State Academy of Music. Since 2002 became member of author group of development of documents for Secondary Schools of Music, Music-Choir and Aesthetic direction of National Institution of Education. Organizer and participant of various scientific-methodological events. Participated in open discussion on the topic “About state and problems of development of vocal-choir art, education and upbringing in the Republic of Belarus”. Took part in “Children-youth choir assembles” (February 14, 2019, Minsk State College of Arts”) with reports “Ways of optimization of the process of vocal-choir education in educational institutions”.

Publications: She is the author of 28 scientific and methodological works on problems of choir performing art, published in scientific collections and magazines.
Programmes
In 2017 was made Educational methodological complex on course “Methods of teaching special disciplines” for Higher Educational Institutions for speciality 1-16- 01 02-01 Conducting (academic choir).
She participated in development of the Department project “Choir art of Belarus of XX – the beginning of XXI centuries, theory, practice and actual forms of art context” – compeller and member of editorial board, collection of scientific articles. Part I “Choir music of Belarusian composers of XX-XXI centuries: questions of formations, genre and style” and Part II “Choir performing art in Belarus of XX-XXI centuries: theoretical and historical aspects” (2018-2019)
Participated in publication of manual encyclopedic edition “Belarusian State Conservatory – Academy of Music: history and faces (1932-2017) (2016-2017)
Creative activity
From 1993 till 2017 – leader of Exemplary children choir “Morning” School № 145, winner of the range of International (Germany, Prague, Latvia, Moscow) and republican competitions. During the time of its activity the choir performed at the best stages of Minsk, toured in the cities of Germany, Belgium, Austria, Finland, Poland, Russia, Latvia, Ukraine. The formation was invited twice to Belgium for the participation in international festival commemorated to Chernobyl catastrophe where held tour (8 concerts in the citites of Remi, Rene, Malon, Lamberg, Luvan de nuv, Brussels) and performed in European parliament and city hall of Brussels (Gratitude from Belgium charity association “Children of Chernobyl” to the named of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus).
From 2016 till 2020 supervised vocal ensemble of teachers of Belarusian State Academy of Music “Voce del cuore”. There was prepared and held the range of concert performance in National museums of Minsk: including “Christmas concert “Music in museum” / “Strings of soul” / State Literature Museum of Ya.Kupala; Classical music concert / “National historical museum of the Republic of Belarus”. etc. Formation was the member of Lenten concert “Glory to the God” within the frames of project of Minsk Holy-Spirit cathedral; concert within the frames of 24th International festival of eastern Slavic carols (Terespol, Poland) etc.
Since 2018 – invited conductor of Honored formation of the Republic of Belarus “Music Chappelle “Sonorus”: prepared range of concert programmes “I.Bach 333”, «Gloria» (2021) etc.
She took part in preparation and holding republican promotion “Choir veche – 2021” (September 18, Minsk)
She was awarded Certificates of Honor from the Administration of education of Minsk State Executive Committee (1997). Educational Department of Administration of Moscow region (1999, 2008, 2017); Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (2003, 2007), “Teacher of the year” of the Republic of Belarus (2003), owner of the Special Prize from Minsk State Executive Committee for the success of development of creative skills of students.
