She was born on June 12, 1968 in Minsk (BSSR).

Since 1988 began her creative activity as a piano accompanist, since 1993 as a teacher (part-time) of the Piano Accompanist Mastery and the Chamber Ensemble Departments of Belarusian State Conservatory named after A.Lunacharsky. From November 1, 2001 as a main job in Belarusian State Academy of Music at the Chamber Ensemble Department, since 2005 – senior teacher, since 2018 – Associate Professor. Conducts classes at the Professional Development and Staff Retraining Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music.

She performed in ensemble with: M.Ilina (balalaika, Associate Professor of Belarusian State Academy of Music), A.Khokhlov (viola), L.Kalinovskaya (violin, creative supervisor of soloist ensemble “Classic-avant-garde”), N.Senkevich (violin, artist of the orchestra of the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus), S.Belozertsev (violin, artist of the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus), V.Moiseenko (clarinet, teacher in Republican Musical College of Belarusian State Academy of Music). Participated in various concerts in halls of Belarusian State Academy of Music, Belarusian State Philharmonic Society as well as in Musical Colleges of the Republic of Belarus.

Together with soloist A.Khokhlov (viola) recorded CD for Sonata for viola and piano of composer E.Poplavsky, under the supervision of O.Sinetskaya recorded Sonata for violin and piano by G.Gorelova (Belarusian State Television and Radio Company, 2013).

Participated in International conferences: in 2018 took part with the report at VII scientific-practical conference “Music in the system of intercultural communications. Problems of modern musical education in Russia and abroad” (Moscow). In 2019 participated with the report at XXVIII International conference named after L.Mukharinskaya (Minsk). In 2020 participated with the report at XXIX International readings named after L.Mukharinskaya (Minsk).

She is laureate of 4 international competitions: II prize of III International competition after R.Glier (Moscow, Russia, 2019), I prize of XIX International competition-festival of musical-art creativity “Slavic meetings” (Minsk, Belarus, 2019), I prize of II International instrumental art competition ‘Dilly melody” (St.Petersburg, Russia, 2020) , I prize of XXI International competition-festival of musical instruments and vocal art performance (Krasnoyarsk, Russia, 2021).

During the years of professional pedagogic work trained more than 100 ensembles and two graduate students (China).

Her students are laureates and diploma holders of international competitions. At 2022 16 ensembles became laureates in 20 international competitions (in Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Belarus).

Graduates of her class A.Nesterevskaya (saxophone) – O.Kosilova (piano), Yu.Gugina (piano) – E.Kirilova (violin) are laureates of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.

Graduates of O.Sinetskaya work in various state orchestras and musical educational establishments of the Republic of Belarus: State Academic Symphony Orchestra, the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus, Belarusian State Academic Musical Theatre of the Republic of Belarus, Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus, National Academic Concert Orchestra of Belarus under the leadership of M.Finberg. Her graduates are also soloists of Belarusian State Philharmonic Society, teachers of musical colleges and musical schools.

Participated in concert projects of Belarusian State Academy of Music – Memorable names and dates: Concerts commemorated to E.Tyrmand (2017), S.Sizko (2018), S.Belkevich (2019), B,Sinetsky (2019) as well as republican concert activities: performed as a duet with M.Ilina in the concert of jury members of VI International competition of string instruments “Golden Lira of Polesie” (Gomel, 2018), many times performed in musical colleges of Minsk, Gomel, Baranovichi, Mogilev, Mozyr.

Methodologically helps young teachers of the Department, teachers of musical colleges of the Republic of Belarus, is the Head of the State Exam Commissions in Minsk musical colleges, a member of the State Exam Commission in Belarusian State Academy of Music, a member of the Orchestra Faculty Council, responsible secretary of the State Exam Commission. Holds lectures and master-classes for the listeners of the Professional Development and Staff Retraining Faculty.

For the active popularization of chamber instrumental classical and contemporary music, for the aesthetic upbringing, individual approach and professionalism, that is necessary for maximum potential development was awarded:
