She is a pianist, teacher, Professor of the Chamber Ensemble Department (2018).
Since 1973 worked at the Chamber Ensemble Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music. She was the Dean of the Orchestra Faculty (1991-1996), the head of the Professional Union of the Academy (1989-2009), member of the Council of the Academy of Music (1991-2011), member of the Council of the Orchestra Faculty (2011-2020).
She was an artists of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society (1964-1979), cooperated with folk instruments orchestra under the supervision of G.Zhikharev, as a part of the Symphony Orchestra of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Societ performed piano parts, celeste and harpsichord. She performed in different chamber ensembles. Her partners were violinists: V.Zviagintseva, V.Chernysh, I.Lubotskaya, L.Umnova, R.Krivel, L.Krasovskaya, A.Pishchalnikov; cellists: M.Eskina, L.Zimovina, V.Soltan, N.Kazhgalieva; brass players: R.Lagonda and Yu.Laporev (trumpet), S.Sizko (flute), A.Prikhodko (oboe), M.Finberg (trombone). Concerts were held in different cities of Belarus and Poland. Duet L.Deduk-M.Pishchik performed at the concert of 100th anniversary of E.Tyrmand (2017).
She has more than 510 graduates, 6 assistants-interns, 12 graduate students (4 from China). Prepared 7 laureates and 11 diploma holders of international competitions (Poland, Czech Republic, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania), 11 laureates of open department competition named after Yu.Korsak. Duet A.Yaskelchik-Yu.Galuza are scholarship holders from the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.
Graduate of L.Deduk work practically in all orchestras, musical schools and colleges of the republic and abroed. She is the Head of State Exam Commission of chamber ensemble in colleges of Minsk, Vitebsk, Brest.
She conducted lectures and practical classes at the Personal Development and Staff Retraining Faculty of the Academy of Music. 4 educational programs were published.
She participated in 7 republican and international scientific-practical conferences (Minsk, Moscow).
She has many publications.
