Position: Senior teacher of the Singing Department
Education: Belarusian State Academy of Music (2016, class of Professor S.Gerasimovich; 2020, class of T.Tsybulskaya), Graduate School (2021, class of Professor N.Shimansky).

I.Skvarko graduated Grodno State Musical College before entering Belarusian State Academy of Music (2011).

During her studies she actively conducted scientific-creative work: on April 26, 2016 performed in student scientific conference “Musical pedagogic, psychology and performing from the students’ eyesight” dedicated to the year of Culture in the Republic of Belarus in Belarusian State Academy of Music with report “Neocanonical traditions in “Prayers from the liturgy of St.John Chrystostom” by D.Smirnov”, took part in international competitions and festivals as a part of student choir of Belarusian State Academy of Music and ensemble “Golden scattering”, in project “Young voices”, in master-classes on conducting under the supervision of I.Kostiakhin (2013) and R.Vanags (2016), in vocal master-classes as well as III Open competition of choir conductors named after V.Rovdo in 2014.
In 2018 became 3^rd degree laureate in International festival-competition “Slavic meetings” (Russia).
Since 2016 I.Skvarko holds active creative work in Belarus and abroad performing ancient music together with organists M.Pinchukova and V.Tsariuk. In 2017 became member of International musical project “Young voices” (May musical evenings in museum “Loshitsa estate” in Minsk, project director T.Ostapenko).

On April 7, 2017 within the frames of XXVI International scientific readings in the memory of A.Mukharinskaya (1906-1987) participated in project “Not only opera” in Belarusian State Academy of Music having performed part of Squirrel in opera “Child and magic” by M.Ravel. In opera studio of Belarusian State Academy of Music performed Sofia in opera “Galka” by S.Moniushko (2019) and Tatiana in opera “Eugenie Onegin” by P.Tchaikovsky (2020).

Since 2017 I.Skvarko became soloist of Folk Russian instruments orchestra “Zarenitsa” (conductor E.Takhirova). Performed in Belarus as well as abroad (Estonia, Italy, Slovenia).

Within the frames of XV International festival of spiritual music “In the name of Holy Cecilia” performed solo Requiem J.Rutter in collaboration with choir of Arch cathedral church of Minsk and organist A.Labkovskaya.

Within the frames of International harp festival “Two capitals” Moscow – Minsk” Minsk season 2021 performed at concert “Harp solo and ensemble” in chamber hall names after L.Aleksandrovskaya in the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.

He pedagogic activity I.Skvarko became in 2016 as a choir leader for boys and young man “Happy wind” and boy choir “Breeze” as well as music teacher in Minsk Children Musical School of Arts № 9. Under her supervision the choir became 2^nd degree laureate in “choir art” nomination of 1^st open republican creative festival-competition “Talisman of luck” (November 2017), 1^st degree diploma holder of III International open competition of choir formations, vocalists and vocal ensembles “Spring song” (2018).

Since 2019-2020 I.Skvarko works in Republican Gymnasium-College of Belarusian State Academy of Music as a choirmaster of Exemplary Children Choir “Singing musicians”, teaches courses “Voice formation” and “Conducting”, since 2022 – supervisor of children choir “Bells”. Since September 2021 works as a secretary of College Council.

Since 2020 teaches “Solo singing” at the Scenery Speech Department of Belarusian State Academy of Arts.

Since 2021-2022 has been working in Belarusian State Academy of Music as a teacher of the Singing Deparment, since 2022 – at the Preparatory Department and the Choir Conducting Department.

I.Skvarko has Gratitude and Certificate of Honor. Her student S.Lakhmakov became II degree laureate of Internet-competition of young talents “Bright stars” in 2020. In 20202 her students from Belarusian State Academy of Arts E.Nikolaenko and Wang Jiangbo became laureates of Regional competition “Patriotic song – 2022”.

She works as a jury member at different competition: VII Republican competition of young vocalists “Boys are singing” (Minsk), Internet-competition of young talents “Bright stars – 2022”.
