N.Rudneva is Associate Professor of the Singing Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music, has been working there since September 1, 2020.

She became her creative activity in 1972 as a choir artist of the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus. From 1981 till 2011 was leading soloist National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus. For the years of work in the theatre (1981-2011) sang the entire repertoire for mezzo-soprano: more than 40 opera parts of lyric and lyric-dramatic and dramatic plan. With the plays and concerts toured abroad, cooperated with the biggest republican formations, leading directors and conductors, outstanding musicians.

Richest musical, performing and life experience of N.Rudneva is prominently expressed in pedagogy. From 1989 till 1993 she taught voice production at the Singing Department of Minsk Musical School named after M.Glinka. From 2003 till 2010 she taught vocal in Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts. In 2004 was invited as a part-timer of the Singing Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music, since 2018 – as a main job. Having a giant repertoire (opera and chamber-vocal), professionalism, performing mastery, many years of collaboration with talented partners provided her with high educational level and creative approach to pedagogy.

In pedagogic work N.Rudneva widely uses different methods of studying that activates creative thinking, initiative, independence (analysis, self-analysis, attendance of classmates’ classes, problematic questions and tasks, analytical analysis of other students singing, teaching parts of lessons etc.)

In the class of N.Rudnikova there are Belarusian as well as foreign students. N.Rudneva also supervises teaching of Graduate students. Students of her class takes active part in all creative events of the Academy of Music: concerts, competitions, master-classes; cooperates with modern Belarusian authors. Many of her students became laureates and diploma holders of national and international competitions. Among her graduates there are G.Sokolnik – soloist of Belarusian State Philharmonic Society. M.Zmitrovich – soloist of the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus, K.Nikolaeva – teacher of the solo singing at the Choir Conducting Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music.

For high professional level of training N.Rudneva was awarded special diplomas and certificates many times (in the cities of Russia, Ukraine, the USA, China, Kazakhstan).

She is a member of Union of Theatrical Workers since 1985. For significant contribution into promotion of Belarusian vocal art N.Rudneva was awarded: Prize named after L.Aleksandrovskaya (1997), Mark of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus for significant personal contribution into development of Belarusian culture (2001), Breast Mark from the Ministry of Education (2013), Honored Artist of Belarus (1994), Honored Artist of Belarus (1999).
