Born in Chita, Russia.

She has been teaching at the Belarusian State Academy of Music since 1995.

After graduating from the Perm State Choreographic School, she was sent to work at the Perm State Opera and Ballet Theater named after. P.I. Tchaikovsky as a ballet soloist. During his time at the theater, he mastered an extensive repertoire: both classical and modern, performed the roles of: Zarema in the ballet “The Fountain of Bakhchisarai” by B. Asafiev, Aegina in the ballet “Spartacus” by A. Khachaturian, the Lilac Fairy in the ballet “The Sleeping Beauty” by P. Tchaikovsky, Mercedes and a street dancer in the ballet “Don Quixote” by L. Minkus, Fortuna in the ballet “Orpheus and Eurydice” by A. Zhurbin etc.

In 1973, N.Dyachenko was awarded the honorary title “Honored Artist of Russia.”

In 1985, she was invited to the State Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theater of Belarus to the position of teacher-tutor for working with young performers.

In September 1992, N.Dyachenko was invited to the Belarusian State Musical Theater as a choreographer, and in January 1993 she was appointed chief choreographer of the theater.

N.Dyachenko created an almost new ballet troupe, which was given complex artistic tasks to expand the traditional functions of ballet in operetta and set a course for creating an independent ballet repertoire. Ballets staged by N.N. Dyachenko on the stage of the theater: “Spanish Divertissement” (1992), “Strausiana” (1993), “The Enchanted Prince” (1996), “New Amazons” (premiere took place on December 12, 1997 in Grenada, Spain ), “Giselle” (1998), “Walpurgisnacht” (2003), “Sleeping Beauty” (2004).

As a choreographer, N.Dyachenko staged performances of various genres: the musical “Hello, Dolly!” D. Herman, operettas – “The Serf” by N. Strelnikov, “The Merry Widow” by F. Lehár, “Napoleon’s Hat” by O. Strauss, “Dorothea” by T. Khrennikov, “The Queen of Czardas” by I. Kalman, “The Gypsy Baron” by I. Strauss, “Bayadère” by I. Kalman.

In 2005, N.Dyachenko was awarded the Francysk Skaryna Medal.

Possessing extensive work experience, real pedagogical and tutoring talent, N.Dyachenko raised and educated in her team a number of bright, talented young performers who achieved convincing creative victories and won the titles of laureates at prestigious international competitions. In 1997, when Yu. Dyatko and K. Kuznetsov, in addition to the title of laureates of the VIII Moscow International Ballet Competition, were awarded the diploma of S.  Diaghilev (Russian Cultural Foundation “Dyagilev House” and International Commercial
