Since 2009 worked as a teacher of trombone, tuba and orchestral conducting class in Molodechno State Music College named after M.Oginsky”
From 2014 till 2022 was head of subject cycle commission “Orchestra conducing.
Since 2014 headed People steam the Republic of Belarus of the Wind orchestra of Molodechno Music college.

During his work as a teacher he trained young and talented performers who are laureates of republican and international competitions, scholarship holders from the Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.
He was awarded diplomas and gratitude for high pedagogic mastery. In 2021 was awarded letter of gratitude from the head of Minsk regional Executive Committee for fruitful work, professionalism, significant contribution into the culture sphere.
Since 2023 was chosen as the Head of Minsk regional department “Belarusian Union of Musical Workers”.
