She was born on February 23, 1972 in Nizhny Tagil, Russia. In 1993 she was accepted into the choir of the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater, and since 1997 she has taken the position of choirmaster. As a choirmaster, she took part in the production of the cult rock opera “Juno and Avos” by A. Rybnikov (2002, together with the main choirmaster of the theater S. Petrova), became the director of the performances “Aibolit-2002” by I. Levin, “Pinocchio BY” by A. Rybnikova, “Don Juan in Seville” by M. Samoilov, “The Adventures of the Bremen Town Musicians” by G. Gladkov. In February 2010, on the stage of the Republican Theater of Belarusian Drama, Anna Motornaya’s creative project “Tragicomic READING, or Comitragic SINGING of the opera “Anniversary” by S. Cortes (based on the works of A.P. Chekhov, libretto by V. Khalip) was presented. Since 2010, she has been the director of the Belarusian State Academic Musical Theater, on whose stage she has staged the following performances: 2011 – comic opera “The Bell, or the Wedding Night of the Pharmacist” by G. Donizetti; 2012 – opera “Pagliacci” by R. Leoncavallo; 2013 – operetta “Mr. X” by I. Kalman; 2014 – operetta “The Gypsy Baron” by I. Strauss; 2014 – musical fairy tale for children and adults “New Year’s Trouble in the Fairytale Kingdom” by E. Atrashkevich; 2015 – musical “My Fair Lady” by F. Lowe; 2016 – operetta “Ball at the Savoy” by P. Abraham; 2018 – music farce “Hello, I’m Charlie’s Aunt!.. (Charley’s Aunt)” by O. Feltsman; 2020 – musical comedy “Truffaldino from Bergamo” by A. Kolker. Since 2021 he has been a director at the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus. On the stage of the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus she has staged operas: C. Gounod’s “Faust” (premiere November 21, 2020), V. Soltan’s “The Wild Hunt of King Stakh” (2021). Since 1998, he has been a teacher at the Department of Choral Conducting of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, since 2010 he has been teaching at the Department of Opera Training of the Belarusian State Academy of Music (director and director of the chamber comic opera “Fantasia” by V. Kuryan, the opera “La Bohème” by G. Puccini, the opera “Carmen” “J. Bizet, the opera “Pebble” by S. Moniuszko, the opera “The Human Voice” by F. Poulenc, the opera “Faust” by C. Gounod, the opera “Don Juan” by W. Mozart). Creative achievements: 2016 – musical “My Fair Lady” by F.
