Born on January 25, 1989 in Minsk (Belarus).
Since 2013, she has been a teacher at the Special Piano Department and Piano Department of the Belarusian State Academy of Music. Since 2016 – senior teacher of the Special Piano Department. Since 2021, she has been the head of the Preparatory Department at the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
The pianist trained at the Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music in academic year 2012-2013 (class of Prof. S.Yu.Osokin).
S.Khikhich was a participant of:
— XVI International Competition of Young Pianists, Piano Duets and Chamber Ensembles named after Maria Yudina (St.Petersburg, Russia, 2015), Diploma in the piano ensemble category;
— XX International Festival-Competition “Musica Classica” (Ruza, Russia, 2016) – winner of the 1st prize in the piano ensemble category (together with Professor L.Z.Ter-Minasyan);
Students of S.Khikhich’s class became laureates and diploma winners of international competitions, among them: Alina Butskevich, Wang Zeqing, Liu Yixuan, Mei Yuxin, Zhao Jianbo. She was awarded diplomas for pedagogic excellence (2019 Italy, 2019 Russia, 2021 France, 2023 France, 2023 Belarus). Students of the class also took part in the master class of the piano duet of Y. Makhovich and A. Lapikus (Moldova), in the master class of Professor A. Diev (Russia).
She took part in conferences at the Belarusian State Pedagogic University named after M.Tank (2020), at the Novosibirsk State Conservatory named after M.Glinka (2024).
She has a Gratitude from the Belarusian Union of Composers (2015), Gratitude from the Rector of the Academy (2022). She is a member of the organizing committee of the international piano competition “Minsk 2014”; international festival “Belarusian Piano Assemblies” (2014, 2015, 2022); “XI Republican Open Competition of Piano Music Performers” (2017).
She took part in concerts of the Piano Department, the Special Piano Department, as an piano accompanist in a concert of the Chamber Ensemble Department in a duet with A. Baranenkova (2017), in concerts at the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society with P. Chernevskaya (2022, 2023), in the concert hall “Upper City”, in art colleges in Molodechno, the State Cultural Institute named after I.Akhremchik, the Moscow State Cultural Institute, and music schools of Minsk. She took part as a soloist in a concert of the orchestra of bayan and accordions (2020).
The scope of scientific interests of S.Khikhich are the issues of the specifics of training musicians of different specialties of piano, foreign citizens, Belarusian performing, pedagogic, composing schools. S.Khikhich created the curricula of training courses for the Faculty of Professional Development and Staff Retraining (2019, 2022, 2023), the curriculum for students of the Preparatory Department (2024).
