He was born on August 30, 1982 in Minsk (Belarus).

He is a performer (oboe), teacher, Associate Professor of the Orchestral Conducting and Instrumentation Department (2018), creative supervisor and the leading conductor of Student Brass Orchestra (2017), a member of Belarusian Union of Musical Workers, a scholarship holder of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth.

From 2006 till 2016 he was a piano accompanist of the group of brass instruments of the Honored group of the Republic of Belarus of the President Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus; from 2018 he has been teacher of oboe class and chamber ensemble of Children Musical School of Arts №10 named after E.Glebov.

In 2016-2017 was the main conductor of Concerto Brass Orchestra “Nemiga”, in 2017-2018 was the main invited conductor of Gomel Concerto Orchestra, from 2018 till 2020 was the Dean of the Orchestra Faculty of Belarusian State Academy of Music, from 2020 till 2021 was a conductor of the Honored group of the Republic of Belarus of the President Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus; since 2021 has been Associate Professor of the Orchestral Conducting and Instrumentation Department of Belarusian Academy of Music, creative supervisor and the leading conductor of National Concerto Orchestra of Belarus.

• 2^nd degree laureate of Republican Competition of woodwind instruments performers in nomination – solo performance (Belarus, 1999);
• 2^nd degree laureate of International Festival “21^st Century Art” in nomination solo performance (Finland, 2007);
• 2^nd degree laureate of International Festival “21^st Century Art” in nomination chamber ensemble (Finland, 2007);
• a finalist of Republican Creative Radio Competition “Young talents of Belarus” (2011);
• 3^rd degree laureate of International festival-competition “Slavic meetings” (Russia, 2012);
• 1^st degree laureate of International Competition “Cup of Europe” in nomination chamber ensemble (Belarus, 2012);
• 1^st degree laureate of International Competition in nomination conducting “Nordic Fest” (Finland 2021).

In 2018 finished internship in Latvian Academy of Music named after Ya.Vitol at the Conducting Department.

Has three Gratitudes from the Rector of Belarusian Academy of Music.

He is an owner of State scholarship for realization of creative project: Arrangement for brass instruments quartet compositions of Belarusian composers of XVIII-XIX centuries (2009);

He is an author of the creative project of Belarusian State Academy of Music “Music Homeland” (to the 90^th anniversary of People’s Artist of USSR and BSSR, Professor E.Glebov) – concert tour of Brass Orchestra, realized by Grant from the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth (2019); Owner of the Grant from the President of the Republic of Belarus in the sphere of Culture (2020) on realization of musical project “Images of world and war in the work of Belarusian Composers”.

He is a compeller of many articles and publications.

He recorded and prepared CDs: “Music of E.Glebov” (2009), “Jewish music of Belarusian composers of XX century” (2014), “Music of Belarusian cinema” (2018);
