She has been working in Belarusian State Academy of music since 1987: as a member of the Scientific Information Sector and the Editorial and Publishing Department, from 2000 till 2011 – the Head of the Information Department, from 2011 till 2013 – Head of the Informational Technologies Department, from 2014 till 2018 – leading specialist of the Scientific-Research Department. She took part in the creation of unique computer notographic programme “Assol” (1991). On its basis she typed the musical text of a number of musical publications including “New spiritual music of Post-Soviet countries” (1993), clavier of the first Belarusian opera by Ya.Holland “Agatka” (1998). She participated in the development of programme of informatization of the Culture brunch of the Republic of Belarus (Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, 1998), in opening and organization of educational computer class work, in making local computer network and its connection to the Internet (2001), in development and publication of the official web-site of the Academy www.bgam.edu.by and redaction of the content (2001-2018).

She has been teaching in the Academy since 1992, since 2002 – as a senior teacher. She held the course “History of music of Eurasian countries”. Developed educational programmes and teaches educational courses on the subjects “Basics of musical information technologies” for students of musical higher education institutions (since 1992), “Basis of information technologies” for Postgraduate and Graduate students (since 1996), “Information technologies in the system of musical education” for the listeners of the Professional Development and Staff Retraining Faculty (since 2003). Graduate – musicologist O.Gvozd (graduate work “Electronic music of Belarus in the European context”), laureate of Republican competition of scientific works of students from higher educational institutions of the Republic of Belarus (2005).

She performed with reports at international scientific-practical conferences in Minsk, Vitebsk, Moscow, St.Petersburg, Novosibirsk. Since 2012 – member of internet-jury of International Art competitions  “Music and Electronics”, “Musical Electronics and Multimedia” (Moscow, Krasnoyarsk).
