Born on May 15, 1948 in Grodno (BSSR).
Since 1978, he has been a teacher at the Belarusian State Conservatory named after A.V.Lunacharsky. Head of the Piano Accompanist Mastery Department (1978-83). Since 1983 – Senior Teacher, Associate Professor (since 1985), Professor (since 1997) of the Special Piano Department.
Member of the Presidium and Board of the Belarusian Union of Musicians, Board of the Union of Theater Workers, Repertory Commission of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (1989-2017), Commission on State Prizes of the Republic of Belarus (1985-2017), Member of the Expert Council on Prizes of the Union State in the field of literature and art (2006-2017).
Artistic Director of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society (since 1983). Diploma winner of the Republican (1968) and Inter-Republican (1969) competitions. Diploma for Accompanist Mastery at the S.Rose Competition in the USA (1997). He conducts active concert activity as a soloist, ensemble player and piano accompanist with famous instrumentalists, opera and chamber singers in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, France, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Bulgaria, USA. Participates in music festivals, forums, Days of Belarusian culture in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Lithuania, Estonia, France, Poland, Germany.
Chairman and member of the jury of International and Republican competitions of performers. Conducts master classes in Belarus and abroad.
