She was born on April 23, 1958 in Dubechno (Volyn region, Ukraine).
Since 1985 was a teacher of the Department of Brass and Percussion Instrument of Belarusian State Conservatory named after A.Lunacharsky. Since 1991 was Associate Professor of the Department of Brass and Percussion Instruments, in 2018 became the Head of the Department of Brass and Percussion Instruments.
She is a member of Belarusian Union of Musical Workers (1999).
She is Vice-President of Association of Belarusian Percussionists (2000).
L.Klindukhova is high qualified musician, well-known teacher of percussion instruments class not only in Belarus but also in foreign countries. Her qualifications meet all the requirements of higher school. Among her graduates there are 30 laureates of international competitions. Her deep professional knowledge, competency, concstant desire to develop professionalism deserve respect. In her pedagogic work she uses achievements of national and foreign science and gives students motivation to be interested in creative research. Successfully does scientific-methodological work, holds master-classes and helps methodologically educational establishments of the Republic of Belarus. Annually there are class concerts and public gets to know new musical compositions including classical ensemble music for percussion instruments. She also has good knowledge in the different spheres: economics, law etc. During the period of work received gratitude many times. L.Klindukhova is an authority as a musician as well as a teacher. She respects success of her colleagues, kind. Respects students and other workers.
For the time of work in Belarusian State Academy of Music she trained 52 specialists and 9 graduate students.

She received Certificates from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus three times.
In 2013 was awarded the Certificate of Honor from the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus “For significant contribution in realization of state cultural policy, fruitful work and high professional mastery”.
In 2016 she was awarded the Certificate of Honor from Belarusian State Academy of Music for professional achievements and contribution into training creative youth.
In 2017 she was awarded the Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus “For many years of hard work, high professionalism and significant contribution into development of national culture”.
