P.Ridiger is Professor of the Singing Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music since September 1, 2018. He has been working as a teachers of the Academy for 26 years. In 2001 he was awarded Mark of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus “For significant personal contribution into the development of Belarusian culture”, in 2004 he was awarded Certificate of Honor from Minsk city council of deputies “For high performing mastery, significant contribution into musicology and national culture, achievements in popularization and preserving of musical art traditions of Belarus”, in 2004 and 2019 was awarded Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus.

For the years of work he trained a big amount of young talented vocalists. Among his students there are laureates and diploma holders of international competitions:

• Silchukov – silver medal of IV Delphic games (Astana), golden medal of II International Delphic games (Saratov), I prize of international competition “Bella Voce” (Moscow); I prize of I International vocal competition named after M.Magomaev (Russia, Moscow), I prize, owner of Belvedere Preis and Helikon Preis of XXI International competition of vocalists named after M.Snaider-Trnavsky (Slovakia, Trnava). Owner of F.Skoryna medal (2015).
• Govzich – laureate of international competition “Bella Voce”, diploma holder of international competiton named after Dvorzhak (Karlovy Wary), diploma holder of international competition “Iuventus Canti” (Slovakia), special prize, diploma of International vocal competition named after L.Sobinov (Saratov).
• Fominykh – Prize of international vocal competition “Pirogov sunrise” (Moscow).
• Mikutel –laureate (1^st prize) of XIII international competition of young Russian romance performance. Regional competition “Moscow romanciade” (Moscow, Russia), laureate (3^rd prize) XIII international competition of young Russian romance performance (Moscow, Russia).
• Zhang Yuan – Diploma of Open festival of young performers named after S.Moniushko (Minsk, Belarus). Gran Prix of international competition within the frames of International forum “Musical performance and pedagogy” (Finland). 1^st degree laureate of International vocal competition named after M.Tenisheva (Smolensk, Russia)
• Mendelev – Diploma (II degree) of Minsk international Christmas competition of vocalists (Minsk, Belarus).
• Petrov – III prize of II Open competition named after S.Moniushko, II prize of XIV International festival of Italian opera performance (Tashkent), II prize of International vocal competition named after M.Magomaev. Golden medal in nomination “Academic singing” of XIII Open youth Delphic games (Volgograd), II prize of International vocalist competition named after S.Moniushko (Warsaw), I prize of International competition of young performers named after M.Bieshu (Kishinev), II prize of International vocal competition named after F.Tagliavini (Austria), Special prize from V.Spivakov Fund.

Graduates of his class work on the theatre scenes in our country:

• Zayanchkovsky, D.Dolgodilin – soloists of Belarusian State Academic Musical Theatre.
• Mikutel, V.Mendelev – soloists of the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus.

Richest musical, performing and life experience of P.Ridiger is prominently expressed in pedagogy. Having a giant repertoire (opera and chamber-vocal), professionalism, performing mastery, many years of collaboration with talented partners provided her with high educational level and creative approach to pedagogy.

Students of his class take active part in all the creative events of the Academy of Music: concerts, competitions, master-classes.
