Wind Orchestra

The Wind Orchestra is a laureate of international competitions and festivals (Belarus, Ukraine, Luxembourg). In Luxembourg the Orchestra was awarded with the top prize – Grand Prix. It toured more than once over Europe, and recorded and issued two CD-ROMs. The repertoire of the Orchestra is comprised of the works of I.S. Bach, G. Percell, A. Vivaldi, R. Wagner, E. Gryg. Russian classics is represented by masterpieces of P. Tchaikovsky, M. Rimsky-Korsakov, M. Hlinka, M. Moussorgsky. An essential place in concert programs of the Orchestra is taken by the works of Belarusian composers E. Glebov, D. Smolsky, I. Louchenok, and also of the representatives of the younger generation – A. Litvinovsky and L. Zakhlevny. The Orchestra is also addressing the creations of modern foreign authors – Czech composer Paval Stanek, Kaess Flak from Holland, Americans Barnard Bernstein, Jack Stamp and others.
