The Orchestra has toured Europe several times. 2 CDs were released for the 100th anniversary of D.Shostakovich and the 75th anniversary of the Academy of Music, and a large concert program was recorded on TV.

The Orchestra actively conducts concert activities both at the Academy of Music and outside it, and participates in particularly significant public events in the city and country.

A large role in the choice of repertoire is given to works written for a brass band, especially works by national composers. The Orchestra performed a number of world premieres of works by Belarusian authors: Symphonietta for brass band and Suite for large brass band “Comedy in Episodes and Persons” by Honored Artist of Belarus V.Voitik, Suite for brass band “The Larks” by S.Yankovich. The Orchestra was the first in Belarus to perform the Symphony for brass band by P.Hindemith and the Russian Suite for the concert brass band by Honored Artist of the Russian Federation G.Chernov.
