Art student groups

Art director – Associate Professor of the Woodwind Instruments Department Svetlana Sitnikova

Flute ensemble “Impressions” was created in Belarusian State Academy of Music and from the moment of creation takes active part in art life of the Academy as well as performs at different stages of Minsk. It recorded shows such as “Sound trajectory”, “Creative evening” with Viktor Kisten etc.

Repertoire of the art group includes works of Belarusian and foreign composers of different styles and genres.

Flute ensemble “Impressions” has fund recordings in Belarusian television and radio company.

Flute ensemble “Impressions” is laureate of international and republican competitions:

• Grand Prix of Republican art radio competition “Young talents of Belarus”, Grand Prix (Belarus, 2018), the members: Elizaveta Vilchik, Natalia Bogacheva, Yuri Titov, Zoya Shadrina.
• Laureate of X Republican art radio competition “Young talents of Belarus” – Minsk, April 10 – May 6, 1^st degree laureate diploma Minsk 2021, the members: Anastasia Danilova, Margarita Sushinskaya, Varvara Kontsevenko, Maria Bukato.
• Laureate of III International competition of Brass and Percussion instruments performers (ensembles) Ufa, December 18-19, 2021. 1^st degree laureate diploma, the members: Viktoria Yanushkevich, Yuti Titov, Zoya Shadrina

Flute ensemble “Impressions” is scholarship holder of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the social support of the talented youth in 2018 and 2022.
