The trade union organization of the educational institution “Belarusian State Academy of Music” is the organizational structure of the Belarusian Trade Union of Workers in Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism, and has the rights of a primary trade union organization and a legal entity.

The purpose of the activity is to protect the professional, labor, socio-economic rights and legitimate interests of members of the Primary Trade Union Organization.

development of a draft collective agreement;
control over the implementation of the collective agreement;
public control over compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, affecting labor, economic, social issues of life of trade union members;

improvement of cultural, sports and recreational work among members of the trade union organization;
assistance in the health improvement of employees who are members of the trade union;
promotion of healthy lifestyles;
organizing and conducting excursion trips;

provision of financial assistance to trade union members;
organization of the work of the housing commission;
