He was born on July 29, 1951 in Brest, BSSR.

Since 1977 was teacher of the Folk Instruments Department of Belarusian State Conservatory named after A.Lunacharsky (part-time). Since 1996 as a main job. He trains interns and graduate students, holds classes at the Faculty of Personal Development and Staff Qualification of Belarusian State Academy of Music and Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts.

He is a member of Belarusian Union of Musical Workers (2005), member of Belarusian Union of Theatrical Workers (1979).

He is diploma holder of I Republican competition of Estrada artists (BSSR, Minsk, 1974), laureate of International competition (Ukraine, Yalta, 2009).

As part of the ensemble toured in France. He was an artist and soloist of chamber-instrumental ensemble of Belarusian Television and Radio (1976-1992). Toured in Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Mozambique, Mexico, Madagascar. Performed in ensemble with artists-instrumentalists and vocalists: E.Gladkov, V.Burkovich, A.Savchenko, T.Nizhnikova, L.Zlatova, Yu.Smirnov, T.Pechinskaya, Ya.Evdokimov, L.Bortkevich, V.Kuchinsky etc. He is a member of decades and festivals of Belarusian art abroad (Russia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ukraine). He held 4 solo concerts in halls of Belarusian State Philharmonic Society.

He is the head and jury member of republican and international competitions and festivals. Head of State Examination Commissions in music colleges of Minsk, Brest, Mozyr, Lida, Novopolotsk. Holds lectures and master-classes at the Faculty of Personal Development and Staff Qualification of Belarusian State Academy of Music and Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, reviewer. Holds the cycle of practical classes in the lecture course “Methods of teaching domra” with the listeners from the Faculty of Personal Development and Staff Qualification of Belarusian State Academy of Music and teachers from Children Schools of Arts and Children Schools of Music.

Since 2012 leaded the Folk Instruments Ensemble of the Academy. In 2018 the Ensemble became 1st prize laureate at International competition of bayanists and accordionists in Rechitsa (Belarus), in 2021 was awarded Gratitude from the rector of Belarusian State Academy of Music for the participation in exhibition “Belt of Unity”.

He is the author of the reports at republican and international scientific-practical conferences on the issues of history, theory and methodology of domra and mandolin art, reviews on PhD theses.

He was awarded Certificate from State Television and Radio of BSSR and Certificate from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (2011), Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (2021). He received Gratitude from the rector of Belarusian State Academy of Music for hard work, high level of professional mastery in upbringing the talented youth (2018).
