VIII International scientific conference on September 26-27, 2024 (Moscow)

 To participate in conference the following are invited:

• Art historians by the types of art (music, theatric, pictorial, decorative applied arts, architecture, choreography etc.);

• Teachers of Art and Humanitarian Institutions;
• Theatric and music figures and artists;
• Humanitarian scientists whose scientific interests include topics of the conference;
• Postgraduate students, young scientists.

Main directions of the conference:

• Contribution of the art historians of Russia, Belarus and China into development of art studies;
• Russia, Belarus and China: art-scientific exchanges;
• Art biographies of outstanding scientists of art history, founders of scientific schools;
• Art biographies of outstanding art figures;

• History and principals of Art Studies education in Russia, Belarus and China;
• Historical-theoretical problems of modern Art Studies;
• Terms, definitions, categories of theory and history of art;
• National cinematography;
• Art issues of mass media arts;
• Art possibilities of technical art – cinematography, animation, photography, radio and television;
• Social functioning of art.

The conference will be held in in-person-remote form.
The conference will be held in in-person form in State Institution for Art Studies (Moscow, Russia) as well as in online form.

Application forms are accepted no later than July 15, 2024

Report regulations – 15 minutes. The possibility of showing video and audio illustrations is provided.
