Competition of grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus for researchers and teaching staff in the fields of “culture” and “science” for 2025.
The Republican competition of grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus for researchers and teaching staff in the field of “culture” and “science” for 2025 has been announced.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 13, 2013 No. 425 “On grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus in the fields of science, education, healthcare, culture, youth policy”, a republican competition of grants of the President of the Republic of Belarus for researchers and teaching staff in the field of “culture” for 2025 has been announced.
Grants are assigned for a period of one calendar year and are paid monthly in the amount of 41 basic units (as of 01.06.2024, the monthly grant payment will be 1640 rubles).
Grants in the “culture” sector are assigned for the creation of works of art, the revival of folk traditions, rituals, the preservation of historical and cultural values, the implementation of projects aimed at popularizing the achievements of Belarusian culture and art in the country and abroad.
Grants in the field of “science” are assigned for conducting research and implementing projects related to obtaining fundamentally new scientific results, creating and implementing in the economic sectors and social sphere of Belarus objects of new equipment, materials and science-intensive technologies, in most technical parameters corresponding to the world level or exceeding it.
The application and accompanying documents for participation in the competition in the “culture” sector must be submitted no later than July 15, 2024.
