The Council of Young Scientists of the Belarusian State Academy of Music is a public body for coordinating the research activities of postgraduate students, young scientists and teachers.
The purpose of the Council’s activities is to develop young scientists’ creative activity and scientific communication, to unite and maximize the use of their scientific potential in solving urgent problems.
The main tasks of the Council:
promotion of researchers’ professional development;
support of young scientists’ scientific and creative initiatives;
promotion of researchers’, young scientists’ and teachers’ active participation in fundamental and applied research;
informing about the possibilities of highlighting the results of scientific activities, participation in scientific, scientific methodological events of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, in conferences, seminars, internships, scientific, innovative, pedagogical and creative projects, including international ones;
organization of joint events, research projects with the Councils of Young Scientists of Higher Education Institutions of the Republic of Belarus;
development of international scientific and cultural relations with young scientists’ participation at the Belarusian State Academy of Music;
promotion of the Council’s activities in social networks and media.
Structure of the Council: 17 members, representatives of the Faculties and Departments of the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
Chairperson: Svetlana Aleksandrovna Belaya, Master of Arts, Art History Researcher, Senior Lecturer at the Singing Department.
Deputy Chairman: Ekaterina Sergeevna Moroz, postgraduate student of the Department of Music Pedagogy, History and Theory of Performing Arts.
