She was born on March 18, 1954 in Chernyshevsk, RSFSR.
She is laureate as a duo member with I.Zhilina of Open All-Russian festival-competition of Folk art “Guardian of Russian heritage” (2010), All-Russian art festival “Artiade of Russian peoples” (2010, 2012, 2014). Member of Belarusian Union of Musical Workers (1989).
Since 1980 taught at the Folk Instruments Department of Belarusian State Conservatory. Since 1994 – as Associate Professor. She has more than 70 graduates, 20 of them – laureates of international competitions. Among the most famous students there are laureate of the Special Prize from the President of the Republic of Belarus for art and culture workers, artist of the instrumental trio “Liritsa” E.Sochneva; head of the cycle commission of folk instruments of Republican Gymnasium-College of Belarusian State Academy of Music M.Kuchinskaya; touring musician, Associate Professor of Linz (Austria) University L.Beloded; touring musician E.Glebova; Associate Professor of Belarusian State University of Culture and Art E.Shulgovskaya etc.
Since 80s helped methodologically all the teachers of musical education. Participates in the work of the Faculty of Personal Development and Staff Retraining of Belarusian State Academy of Music, Belarusian State Pedagogic University named after M.Tank. Holds master-classes, she is a jury member of republican and international competitions, author of arrangements and performing editions for dulcimer of Belarusian, Russian and foreign composers.
From 1975 till 1978 performed abroad as a member of State Folk Orchestra of BSSR and as a soloist of concert brigades.
Holds scientific activity. She is the author of the range of articles in scientific collections and periodical print. She is member of scientific-practical conferences in Belarus and Russia, author of articles for festival «Międzynarodowy Festiwal Muzyki Wspolchesnej» (Krakow, 2009) and festival “Eurasian Sounds” (Ulan-Ude, 2009).
She was awarded medals named after V.Gorodovskaya (2004) and political party “United Russia” “For achievements in the sphere of culture, science and education’ (2009); breast mark of Belarusian Union of Musical Workers “For the contribution into development of musical art” (2010); certificates of honor from Central Committee of Lenin Komsomol (1977, 1978) and from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus (2007)
