The XXXIV International Research Conference in memory of L.S.Mukharinskaya (1906-1987) will be held from April 8 to 11, 2025 at the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
Breakout sessions, round table discussions, lectures, presentation of new publications and master-classes will be held within the framework of the Research Conference.
Round table dedicated to field research of ethnomusical culture and modern forms of its representation is planned.
Topic areas of the Scientific Conference:
Scholars, teachers and experts of Higher and Secondary education institutions in the field of musical art, PhD students and postgraduate students are invited to participate in the Research Conference.
Languages of the Conference – Russian, Belorussian, English.
The readings are planned to be held in the mixed format. Following forms of participation are stipulated: in-person, remote (online broadcast), in absentia (video recording, poster presentation).
Speech regulations: 20 minutes (report at plenary session), 15 minutes (report at section session, message at round table, publication presentation).
Applications for participation are accepted until March 25, 2025 to the e-mail: minsk_conference@tut.by.
The texts of the poster presentations must be sent to the e-mail: minsk_conference@tut.by no later than April 3, 2025.
Travel, accommodation and food expenses are covered by Conference participant or by the sending party.

Following the Research Conference results, the publication of scientific articles is planned. The text of the article must be submitted to the e-mail: nio@bgam.by no later than May 20, 2025.
Research article of 14,000–25,000 printed characters must include an abstract in the language of the article, a summary in English, keywords and list of sources used. The text of the article is formatted in accordance with the requirements posted on the Academy website (https://bgam.by/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/Trebovaniya-k-publikatsii-v-zhurnale-Vesti_bel.pdf ). Articles that have not been published yet are accepted for publication.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reject articles that do not meet the stated requirements.
March 25 – application deadline
April 3 – submitting video files of presentations and poster texts deadline
April 8-11 – holding of the Conference
May 20 – the deadline for acceptance of research articles for publication (with necessary documents in electronic format attached)
