At the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, the advanced training of concertmasters of children’s schools and gymnasiums-colleges of arts on the subject of “Concertmaster skills (piano) has been completed: modern problems of practice and teaching methods”.
As part of the course, master classes were organized, practical classes and round tables were held by teachers of the Department of Concertmaster skills.
As part of a practical lesson on “Expanding the range of tasks and capabilities of an accompanist in avant-garde chamber music” by senior teacher I.O.Andrukhov, a concert was held with the participation of students of his class, including musical works by modern Belarusian composers.
As part of the course, an open lesson was held by the director of the Republican Gymnasium College at the Belarusian State Academy of Music N.A.Korotina on the topic “Edi Tyrmand’s contribution to the formation and formation of traditions of the concertmaster art of Belarus”.
