The purpose of the Festival is:
formation of students’ feelings of pride, love and devotion to their Fatherland, their people, their culture, language, traditions and spiritual heritage.
The objectives of the Festival: to identify talented youth and promote their creative growth; to stimulate and support young talented performers;
exchange of experience and creative achievements of representatives of various schools and national traditions;
creating an environment and conditions for creative communication, establishing contacts and developing friendly relations between creative teams and their leaders;
popularization of Belarusian culture, works by Belarusian authors;
fostering artistic taste and introducing young performers to the best examples of culture and art.
THE ORDER AND DATES OF THE FESTIVAL
The festival is held in two formats – online in the form of providing a recording of a creative number (work) and offline in the form of performances at concert venues.
The result of the Festival is the final gala concert at concert venues determined by the organizer of the Festival.
The dates of the Festival are from July to September 2024.
To participate in the Festival, you must submit an application (form according to the appendix) by e-mail to the address liublyubelarus@yandex.by
Applications for participation in the Festival (online and offline) are accepted from June 17 to September 15, 2024.
The official telegram channel #Lyublyubelarus is organized for the Festival, where the provided recordings of creative numbers (works) and up-to-date information about the events are posted.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL
The Festival is attended by students of higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
The festival is held in the following areas:
vocal art (academic vocals, pop vocals, jazz vocals, folk vocals, choral singing);
choreography (classical dance; folk dance; folk stylized dance; modern dance; pop dance; sports dance; ballroom dancing);
instrumental performance (piano; folk instruments (accordion, accordion, accordion, etc.); folk stringed instruments (domra, balalaika, guitar, etc.); folk multi-stringed plucked instruments (dulcimer, bandura, etc.); stringed instruments (violin, viola, cello, double bass, etc.); wind instruments; percussion instruments; ensembles or orchestras of folk instruments, brass, symphonic, pop and others);
an artistic word (a literary and musical composition, an excerpt from prose, an excerpt from a poem, a poem, etc.);
theatrical creativity (drama theater; musical theater; puppet theater; plastic theater);
fine and decorative arts (painting; graphics; photography).
The creative performances of the Festival participants must meet the following requirements:
matching the theme of the Festival;
artistic expressiveness of the number (compositional, performing and meaningful disclosure of the image);
the total duration of one creative number, as a rule, should not exceed 5 minutes.
