The seminar discussed the organization of career guidance in educational institutions in the field of culture, the main trends in the development of conducting teaching methods, as well as the system of teaching conducting techniques at the initial stage, and many others.

The seminar was attended (in full-time and part-time/ online format) by teachers of children’s art schools and teachers of cultural colleges from all over the republic.
