Conditions for organizing an event with the media lab participation

  1. Application should be submitted no later than 2 weeks before the event and agreed upon with the staff of the Media Laboratory in advance.
  2. The application should indicate the technical requirements for the Media Laboratory staff.
  3. The application should be approved by the first vice-rector and the head of the Media Laboratory.
  4. A “Permission to Record” form must be completed beforehand .if video/audio recording is required during the event.
  5. During events, it is mandatory to provide the Media Lab employee with a draft script of the event.
