Since 1978 at the Belarusian State Conservatory named after A.V. Lunacharsky / Belarusian State Academy of Music: head of the office of Marxism-Leninism of the BGK; 1981-1991 – teacher, senior lecturer. In 1991-1995 he worked in various positions in the commercial and banking sector of the national economy, in 1995-2010. – Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy, from 2010 to 2021 – Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Belarusian State Academy of Music. He was a Candidate’s dissertation “The increasing social role of the rural intelligentsia in the conditions of developed socialism (on materials of the Belarusian SSR)” (1984).
