Danilov Alexander Arturovich was born on May 15, 1995 in Minsk. In 2001, he began his studies at the Republican Gymnasium College at the Belarusian State Academy of Music (class of teacher I.I.Bartoshevich). In 2013, he graduated from the gymnasium college with honors, entered the Belarusian State Academy of Music without exams in the class of the Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus, Professor Y.N.Gildyuk. In 2018, he graduated from the Academy of Music with honors, and in 2019 he received a master’s degree in Art History (supervisor – Candidate of Art History, Associate Professor I.Y.Onoshko). Currently, he is an artist of the Honored Collective of the Republic of Belarus of the Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus (since 2017), a soloist of the Belgorod Philharmonic (since 2017) and a teacher of the chamber ensemble Department at the Belarusian State Academy of Music (since 2019).

Among the creative achievements of Alexander Arturovich, one can single out victories at international competitions, such as:

VII Open Youth Delphic Games of the CIS member States (Astana, Kazakhstan, 2012) – silver medal;
V International Piano Competition “Minsk – 2014” (Minsk, Belarus, 2014) – II Prize;
XI Oginsky International Chamber Ensemble Competition (Smorgon, Belarus, 2015) – II Prize;
V International Instrumental Competition named after E.Stankovich (Kiev, Ukraine, 2017) – Grand Prix;
VIII International Chamber Ensemble Competition named after J.Brahms (Gdansk, Poland, 2018) – III Prize;
III S.Richter International Piano Competition (Brest, Belarus, 2019) – I Prize;
Online competition “New Generation” (Tallinn, Estonia, 2021) – Grand Prix in the nomination “Chamber Ensemble”;
International Festival-competition “Verano art” (Moscow, Russia, 2022) – First prize in the nomination “Chamber Ensemble”.

Alexander Arturovich Danilov is the winner of the first prizes at the IV and V Republican Musical and Theoretical Olympiads held in Gomel (2010) and Grodno (2012); he was awarded the Gratitude of the Rector of the Belarusian State Academy of Music for dedication in mastering the profession and contribution to maintaining the high prestige of the Academy (2015, 2016), a diploma from the Embassy of the Republic Belarus in Finland for contribution to the development of Belarusian-Finnish cultural relations (2016).

Alexander Arturovich is the winner of the International Music Award of the Eurasian Economic Union “Belbrand Award” (2016), the title “Best Employee of 2018” at the State Institution “Palace of the Republic”, has the gratitude of the Palace of the Republic.

Alexander Arturovich Danilov is a laureate (2013, 2015, 2018), a scholarship holder (2010) and an incentive award winner (2016, 2017, 2019) of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Support of Talented Youth, as well as a scholarship holder (2017) of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Support of Gifted Students.

He has repeatedly performed as a soloist with the State Academic Symphony Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus, the Symphony Orchestra of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, the Russian-Belarusian Youth Symphony Orchestra, the Gomel Symphony Orchestra, the Brest Symphony Orchestra of the Drama Theater, the Belteleradiocompany Symphony Orchestra, the Sonorus Music Chapel of the Minsk region, the Belsaxo Saxophone Orchestra and the Presidential Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus.

Currently, he conducts active concert activities not only in the Republic of Belarus, but also abroad. He has repeatedly been a member of the jury of National and International competitions and festivals. He is also the author of scientific publications and articles, transcriptions and arrangements, and has his own compositions.
