She has been working in Belarusian State Academy of Music since 2005. From 2005 till 2018 as a senior teacher of the Physical Education Department. Since 2018 – as a senior teacher of the Social Humanitarian Department.
She is the Head of educational groups (2019-2022); Deputy Head of Physical Culture and Sports Club of Belarusian State Academy of Music. I.Kolik is the Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations team of Belarusian State Academy of Music.
