Elena Alexandrovna Nikonchuk-Vorontsova was born on 23 September 1989 in the city of Mogilev.
Laureate of national competitions (I. I. Zhinovich competitions: 1999 – II prize, 2003 and 2006 – I prizes, 2009 – Grand Prix) and international competitions in Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, and the Czech Republic.
Laureate of the prize of the Minsk City Executive Committee for active participation in the scientific, public, and cultural life of the city of Minsk (2012).
Laureate of the International Music Prize “BelBrand” (2015).
Scholarship holder (2000, 2003, 2004, 2008, 2009, 2011), diploma recipient (2007), laureate and Grand Prix holder (2013) of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the Support of Talented Youth.
From 2013 to 2025 she was an artist of the National Academic Folk Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus named after I. Zhinovich of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society, repeatedly performing with the ensemble as a soloist.
From 2025 to the present – soloist of the Philharmonic for Children and Youth of the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society. She performs with success on various stages in Minsk and across Belarus in solo projects, as well as in various line-ups of the ensemble’s creative groups in concert programmes for children and adult audiences and in musical performances for children.
During her work and studies she has carried out active touring activity in the cities of Russia, Kazakhstan, Poland, Lithuania, Estonia, and Germany.
She has also created a number of arrangements and performing editions for solo cymbals and ensembles.
She has been teaching at the Belarusian State Academy of Music since 2025.
