He is a clarinetist, artist of orchestra, teacher. 3rd degree laureate of Inter-republican Woodwind Instruments Performers Competition (Kishinev, 1987), International Competition as a part of the ensemble of State Chamber Orchestra of the Republic of Belarus (Rovno, 1998), Associate Professor of the Preparatory Department.
From 1984 till 1986 and from 1989 till present time holds clarinet class, chamber ensemble class, studying orchestral parts and sight reading, pedagogic practice etc. in Belarusian State Academy of Music. From 1994 till 1996 and from 2011 till 2018 was the Dean of the Orchestra Faculty.

- Yaskelchik – laureate of Republican Competition (Baranovichi, 1997), International Competition named after D.Beda (Lvov, 2000), soloist of “Minsk” Orchestra;
- Ivanov – laureate of All-Union Competition among special musical school (Poznan, 1992);
- Shtrykhov – laureate of Republican Competition (Baranovichi, 1997), International Competition named after D.Beda (Lvov, 2000), continues his education in the USA;
- Yarotsevich – laureate of II International Competition “Music of Hope” (Gomel, 2001), 1st degree laureate of International Competition named after E.Coca (Kishinev, 2006), Gran Prix holder of International Competition “Art of XXI century” (Kiev, 2006), 1st degree laureate of VIII International Chamber Ensembles Competition (Smorgon, 2006), Gran Prix holder of International Woodwind instruments performers Competition “XXI Century Art” in nomination solo and 1st prize in nomination chamber ensemble as a part of woodwind instruments quartet “Riviera” (Jyvaskyla/Finland/2007), scholarship holder of Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth (2001), Grand Prize holder and laureate of this Fund (2007), soloist of Presidential Orchestrsa;
- Soltan – 1st degree laureate of International competitions (Gomel, 2001; Kishinev,2006; Kiev, 2006), laureate of International Chamber Ensembles Competition named after M.Oginsky (Smorgon, 2006), scholarship holder of the Special Fund of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the support of talented youth (2006), artist of the National Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Opera and Ballet of the Republic of Belarus etc.
He performs as a soloist as well as a part of ensemble. During this period he performed in many countries (Germany, Italy, Poland, the USA, France, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine) and also in many Belarusian festivals and competitions (Vitebsk, Zaslavl, Molodechno, Mstislavl, Nesvizh, Stolbtsy, Turov etc.).
He is a jury member of International Festival “XXI Century Art”. Performed at various international conferences: Kiev, Ukraine; Jyvaskyla, Finland; Minsk, Belarus.
