NATALYA SAZANOVICH

She was born on July 11, 1958 in Minsk (BSSR).

From 1987 till 1992 she was junior researcher of the Department of Scientific Information at Social Sciences of Academy of Sciences of BSSR. From 1981 till 1999 was a piano accompanist of Choir Conducting Department (class of Associate Professor A.Zelenkova), from 2000 was a teacher, a senior teacher, Associate Professor of Piano Department (2009). Since 2006, she has been teaching a philosophy course for students, and since 2011, a course on “Philosophy and Methodology of Science” for graduate and postgraduate students. She was the Head of Preparatory Department of Belarusian State Academy of Music (2012-2018). From September 1, 2021 till September 30, 2024 she was the Head of the Social and Humanitarian Department, also worked as an Associate Professor and Professor of the Piano Department. Head of the Student Research and Creative Society of the Piano Department (2010-2012). Vice-head of trade union committee of workers of Belarusian State Academy of Music (till 2023). She conducts lectures at Professional Development and Staff Retraining Faculty of Belarusian State Academy of Music.

 

N.Sazanovich conducts active scientific and methodological work, she is the author of 60 scientific works. She is 2nd degree laureate in “Musical-Pedagogic mastery” nomination of VIII International competition of musical performance and composers “Romanticism: Roots and Horizons” (Moscow, Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, June 23-30, 2016). She was awarded a range of diplomas for pedagogic mastery from Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, Ural State Conservatory (academy) named after M.Musorgsky, Petrozavodsk State Conservatory named after A.Glazunov, Academy of Choir Art named after V.Popov. She attended Professional Development courses in State Educational Establishment “Republican Institute of Highest School” under the programs “Current Issues of Contemporary Belarusian Art”, certificate of professional development No. 3503200, reg. No. 380 dated February 7, 2020; “History of Belarusian Statehood: New Approaches”, certificate of professional development No. 3997944, reg. No. 2096 dated June 3, 2022. Certificate of professional development No. 4139205 in State Educational Establishment “Republican Institute of Highest School” under the program “Conceptual and Methodological Innovations in Teaching the Academic Discipline “Philosophy”, dated May 29 – June 2, 2023.

 

She is the vice-head of a non-governmental organization “Belarusian Women Union” of the Academy of Music. She was awarded letters of gratitude from the Central District Organization of the Belarusian Union of Women, from the head of the Minsk City Organization of the Belarusian Union of Women for active participation in the public life of the city of Minsk and for her pedagogical work (2024).

Member of the “Belarusian Union of Musical Workers”, member of the “Belarusian Philosophical Society”.

 

She was awarded Certificates of Honor of Belarusian State Academy of Music for the high level of professional mastery in upbringing of gifted and talented youth (2007, 2012, 2018), diploma of IV All-Russian festival-competition of musical-educational programs of the piano course for students of different specialties “For creative initiative in the development of educational activities of piano course” (Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, 2007), Certificate of Educational Establishment “Belarusian State Academy of Music” (2015), diploma from Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus for the I Republic exhibition of photo works “One hundred faces – youth in history and culture” of Republican art festival of foreign students of higher education establishments Fest-art.by (Minsk, 2013), diploma for participation in Republican competition of innovative projects and informative-methodological materials “Our time is initiative” (Minsk, 2013), Certificate of Honor of Minsk City Executive Committee (2017, 2022).

 

She is a jury member of I and III International competition of piano training for students of choir conducting, theoretic and composition specialties of secondary and higher educational establishments named after V.Tsvetikov “Way to mastery” (February 2008, 2012, Yekaterinburg, Russia), a member of Organizational committee of the First and the Second International festivals “Belarusian piano assemblies” (2013, 2015). She is the organizer and presenter of the I and II International piano performers competition “Karelia – Belarus”, Petrozavodsk State Conservatory named after A. Glazunov, April 13-18, 2021, April 18-21, 2023 (academic adviser and jury member).

 

She is an art director of the creativity project “Music in museum” (non-governmental organization “Belarusian Union of Musical Workers”) (since 2008) within which more than 50 concerts and educational events were held in Minsk and the Republic of Belarus (author of the concept and presenter).

 

She is the author of the report at Republican and International scientific research conferences (more than 30) on the issues of aesthetics and culture of the Baroque, philosophy-aesthetic views of M.Serbevsky, issues of musical-educational activity in museum area of modern society, ontology of musical art, issues of intentionality, analysis of the spiritual and moral foundations of the performer’s personal self-awareness; a number of methodological developments in the discipline “Philosophy and Methodology of Science”, syllabus in the disciplines “Cultural Studies”, “Philosophy”, “Religious Studies”, teaching materials for “Philosophy of Music” (jointly with Associate Professor M. Sokolovskaya), “Religious Studies” (jointly with Associate Professor A. Ladutko), “Cultural Studies”, “Philosophy”. The author of a number of methodological recommendations in the discipline “Philosophy and Methodology of Science” (for foreign students). She is the organizer and presenter of a cycle of scientific and practical seminars with a concert program “Music and Philosophy” in Belarusian State Academy of Music and museums of Minsk.
